Q2. What is the difference between 60 mins and 90 mins session? The entire body will be worked on throughout this session. The only real distinction is in the length of each. You should have the 90-minute session if you're serious about massage because that gives the therapist more time to work out all of your knots, reduce your swelling, and ease your back pain. However, given that the trial is only good for one use per individual, a full 90-minute session is still recommended for maximum benefit. Q3.
