01 PRODUCTS

Please double-check the items’ use-by dates and overall condition before making a purchase or taking any with you. Any unworn items can be exchanged for a different size or colour within 7 days of purchase. Any equivalent may be substituted at any time at the discretion of Cosmo Medical Spa Pte Ltd.

02 PACKAGES & SERVICES

After payment, treatment plans are good for two years. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products or services. There is a small administration cost for any transfers you request. Prior to receiving treatment, you must turn in any sales certificates that will be redeemed. Cosmo has the right to alter package prices and menu selections at any time.

  

03 APPOINTMENTS

Prior booking of appointments are strictly required and subject to availability. It is highly recommended to book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. To make an appointment at Cosmo Medical Spa, please WhatsApp to link here:  to request an appointment.

04 CANCELLATION

We understand that unexpected circumstances and last-minute changes to your schedule are inevitable. Should there be a need to cancel/reschedule, it is advisable to do so via whatsapp or phone call at least 48 hours in advance. There will be no charge if this is done.

Due to high last-minute cancellation rates and to better cater to your appointment requests, this policy will release the next day’s unconfirmed appointment slots by 4pm. To avoid your slot being released, we highly encourage confirming your appointment in advance.

Here is how it works:

48 hours before your appointment:
You may whatsapp / call to the outlet directly to confirm or cancel your appointment.
Alternatively, you can confirm or cancel your appointment through an appointment confirmation email that will be sent to you.

24 hours before your appointment:
If no confirmation is received, our Client Relations Team will reach out to you via Phone (Call or WhatsApp) to confirm your appointment.

By 4pm, on the day before your appointment:
If no confirmation is received, your appointment will be released to other clients. Any cancellations/ non replies /rescheduling from 4pm onwards will be regarded as Last-Minute Cancellation.

For Last-Minute Cancellation/ no-shows/rescheduling, there will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.

05 LATE ARRIVALS

Please be on time for your appointment, so that we can stay on time for you. As a courtesy to our clients, your appointment shall end on the scheduled time should you arrive up to 15 minutes late.

Cosmo Medical Spa reserves the rights to reschedule and regard your appointment as Last Minute Cancellation for arrival of 30 minutes late or more past scheduled appointment time.

06 ALA CARTE PRICE POLICY

Kindly take note of our policy for ala carte treatment prices (Not applicable for massage services):

– 50% discount for Singaporeans, SPRs and holders of SP/WP/EP with minimum 6 months validity.

– 20% discount for all other clients.

Discount on ala carte treatment prices are only applicable for first-time trial.
