01 PRODUCTS

Please double-check the items’ use-by dates and overall condition before making a purchase or taking any with you. Any unworn items can be exchanged for a different size or colour within 7 days of purchase. Any equivalent may be substituted at any time at the discretion of Cosmo Medical Spa Pte Ltd.

02 PACKAGES & SERVICES

After payment, treatment plans are good for two years. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products or services. There is a small administration cost for any transfers you request. Prior to receiving treatment, you must turn in any sales certificates that will be redeemed. Cosmo has the right to alter package prices and menu selections at any time.

  

03 APPOINTMENTS

Prior booking of appointments are strictly required and subject to availability. It is highly recommended to book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. To make an appointment at Cosmo Medical Spa, please WhatsApp to link here:  WhatsApp Us to request an appointment.

04 CANCELLATION

Two days before to your appointment, a confirmation call or SMS will be provided to remind you of it. If you decide to change your appointment, it is best to do so during the call or SMS that confirms it. Any cancellation made after receiving your confirmation will be considered the last. We are aware that unanticipated events can cause you to adjust your schedule.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, do give us at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, it will be viewed as a last-minute cancellation.

For any Last Minute Cancellations, one full session will be deducted from your total package.

05 LATE ARRIVALS

Please be on time for your appointment, so that we can stay on time for you. As a courtesy to our clients, your appointment shall end on the scheduled time should you arrive up to 15 minutes late.

Cosmo Medical Spa reserves the rights to reschedule and regard your appointment as Last Minute Cancellation for arrival of 30 minutes late or more past scheduled appointment time.

06 ALA CARTE PRICE POLICY

Kindly take note of our policy for ala carte treatment prices (Not applicable for massage services):

– 50% discount for Singaporeans, SPRs and holders of SP/WP/EP with minimum 6 months validity.

– 20% discount for all other clients.

Discount on ala carte treatment prices are only applicable for first-time trial.
