Massage FAQ
During regular operation hours, walk in and same day appointment is available. Do note for appointments can get quite full on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is advised to call in to confirm a time slot.
Sometimes same-day appointments are available, and we can also place you on a waiting list. However, our massage therapists are typically fully booked, so we advise making an appointment in advance.
Yes couple therapy is available and we do have couple rooms available.
Please kindly note that the couples room are limited and can only be arranged through pre booked appointments.
Please be prompt for your scheduled appointment. Your appointment time has been specifically scheduled.
Your session may be shorten if you arrive late in order to accommodate those whose appointments follow yours.
We will do our best to provide you with the services you have booked, but we cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late. Full payment is anticipated for the scheduled services.

All our masseurs are trained to ask your pressure preference at the start of the therapy. Please do not be shy and let our masseur know if the pressure is up to your standard.
Please let us know immediately if anything needs to be altered or if we are almost (but not quite) in the right location. If manpower permits, we will allow you to change to a different masseur.
