Q1. What is the difference between trial session and ala carte session?
Only first-time customers who have never tried the treatment previously are eligible for trial sessions. If you have tried our trial sessions, you will no longer be eligible for the discounted trial rate. Either buy a package to save money or pay as you go for as many individual sessions as you need.
Q2. What is the difference between 60 mins and 90 mins session?
The entire body will be worked on throughout this session. The only real distinction is in the length of each. A session lasting merely 60 minutes is usually too brief to provide more than mild alleviation.
You should have the 90-minute session if you’re serious about massage because that gives the therapist more time to work out all of your knots, reduce your swelling, and ease your back pain.
However, given that the trial is only good for one use per individual, a full 90-minute session is still recommended for maximum benefit.
Q3. What is Belly Care Therapy?
Preventing stretch marks is one of its many benefits. It is packed with hyaluronic acid serum, stretch mark cream, and a very hydrating and soothing mask are all included.
Q4. I have not tried a prenatal massage but I’d like a home visit as cases are high and I would prefer not to go out so much. What should I buy?

It is recommend to start prenatal massage from week 16 onwards. More importantly, you should get the approval from your doctor before making an appointment.

Generally it is safe to still do the Prenatal massage past week 36 ONLY if your pregnancy is NON-HIGH RISK. You should always get clearance from your Doctor before proceeding with the massage.
Q7. How often should I be doing Prenatal massage?
We advice once a week for relaxation, relieving of lower back pain and reducing accumulation of water retention.
Q8. Can I use the trial price for home visit?

You should have your meal at least 1 hour before and shower before the massage starts. You also need to prepare a space for us to do the massage with the massage bed.

We will assign the therapist based on their respective areas. If you have a preferred therapist, do let us know and we will try to arrange based on her availability.
Q12. Will I be able to replace my therapist?
If you are not satisfied with the therapist, do inform us as soon as possible and we can make the arrangement to get you a replacement.

Belly mask treatment is done concurrently with the Prenatal Massage timing. Total treatment time is as stated.

Upon booking the massage package, only deposit will be collected. If you are not satisfied after the first session, you may request for a cancellation. The 1st session will be deducted based on the 1 session utlised (depends on your treatment duration and treatment option).
Balance payment of the treatment will be done via Paynow or bank transfer to the company’s account.
Home visit is not applicable for trial prices. If you’d like to get a trial at home, you can make a purchase for ala carte price treatment with $50 for a single trip.
If you like the 1st session and would like to convert it to a package, you can whatsapp us directly to convert it.
Home Visit charges cannot be deducted from credit package. It has to be paid separately.
There will be a $100 nett deposit for the massage bed for home visits. Which will be refunded upon good return of the item.
Cancellations should be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Our staff will text you the day before to confirm the appointment. Should there be any last min cancellation (12 hours before the session), the session will strictly be fully redeemed as a treatment utilised.
Upon purchasing the treatments online, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions and agrees with it.
We will hold your reservation for 10 mins. If customer is late to her appointment, we will have to cut short of the timing booked in, unless there is not other subsequent appointments. We will try our best to accommodate if circumstances allow.
